As new parents, Ben and Erin are eager to welcome a new pediatrician to town. Grant and Emily fell in love with Laurel and are excited to come back to their home state to settle down and work in a beautiful community. They tour The Smallwood House, a 1942 Craftsman with big oaks and an expansive yard, and a 1960’s Cape Cod.
