The Bolden House. Leaving The Nest.
Charles and Jean are newlyweds and local artists looking to buy their first house. They are currently living above Jean’s parent’s garage and they desperately need a home where they can entertain but more importantly call their own. They have an all-in budget of $180,000 and a wish list that includes a master ensuite and a large open kitchen. To help them make the big decision, Ben and Erin show them three homes: The Maddox House, a cottage just few doors down from Jean’s parents which has ample space for a big kitchen but cut up living space, The Drummond house, which is adorable but very close to a local business or the The McLelland house, a classic ranch which has plenty of space for a huge master ensuite but is stuck in the 70s. Ben and Erin design a luxury open concept kitchen and deluxe master bedroom and bathroom that leaves Jean and Charles speechless.
