David and Taneia own a number of rental properties in Laurel and need Ben and Erin’s help to help them choose which one will meet their needs as they enter their empty nester phase. They narrow it down to two properties — the Harrington house on the third floor of an old piano factory, right in the heart of downtown. It has only one bedroom and a leaky roof deck with a dilapidated greenhouse. There’s also the Creel house, with 3 bedrooms sitting on a beautiful piece of land outside of town. Can David and Taneia agree? And how will Ben and Erin juggle this project with the renovation of the airstream gifted to them by Chris and Morgane Stapleton?
