Gwen and Mike are looking for a house where they can entertain friends in a walkable neighborhood. Ben and Erin show them the quirky Williams house. At 1800 sq ft, it’s plenty big enough for their needs, and has the fireplace Gwen really wants. The 2100 sq ft Crosby house has no fireplace, but Ben and Erin have plans to not only add a fireplace, but a water feature as well. Ben and Erin give the house a complete facelift, add a coastal color scheme, a built in banquet and a back patio that’s perfect for entertaining!
