The Keith House: A Southern Dream
Tiffany inherited her mom’s house when she passed away last year, but at 1500 sq feet, it’s far too small for her growing family. Ben and Erin come up with an ambitious plan for Tiffany and her husband Jonathan to be able to stay in Mom’s house. It involves doubling the size of the house, adding a master suite on one side, a massive den on the other, and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Then Ben and Erin show them the 6,000 sq ft Brooks house. It has everything they need, but lacks the southern charm Tiffany desires. Ben and Erin transform the house they choose into their southern dream home with clever use of color and repurposing of materials!
